Like many who work in IT in Higher Education we at the University of Bolton are seeing how we can implement IT Infrastructure Library, (ITIL) for our IT services. To do this, I have started a Case Study, the initial phase is nearly finished. I will write about my experiences through this blog. Please see all the pages for background information.
